The pump works, the sewer cut-off works. The electricity was not run to code and contrary to what we were told, it was not in the place we expected it to be. We planted a hydrangea and almost were electricuted because the cable was not where he said it was, and it was buried only 8 inches down. Code demands 18 inches. We were told it would be inside conduit. It wasn't. We were told it would have an outdoor junction box, it didn't. When I called to complain, I was told he would get back to me. He didn't. We fixed it the right way - within code and safe. For 5200 bucks, you would think he would guarantee his work and come back and fix it.
