They did a very thorough job doing the full plumbing inspection of our house and gave us some very informative feedback so we could make decisions on what to do. The work was all done really well, explained well and we feel better knowing all the plumbing in our house is in good condition. I think the yearly plumbing inspection is a great idea and I like how we get updates on the arrival of the technician and a picture of them so we know exactly what to expect.

From the beginning, I received personable and friendly customer service; my appointment was moved sooner, the team arrived on-time, and communication was clear throughout. Josh and Rob were very respectful, making the much-appreciated effort of covering their shoes and laying down flooring for their workspace. Josh was patient in explaining the problems and providing options. He even took the time to help with extraneous tasks, like cleaning, replacing light bulbs and diagnosing a different faulty system.
