A few days ago I contacted Mike from Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer. He came out to our association in Lakeview as was fantastic! He was cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. He was on-time, and, he wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. His experience, patience & professionalism showed as he took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner. I felt comfortable with him & strongly advise anyone to contact Mike to any of your plumbing needs!

I met Matthew today for the first time, and he was very responsive, came out pretty quickly same day, took care of the issue in no time and explained everything to me, and gave us a great deal. He was also very personable; we will absolutely use him again!

Matt quoted me the exact price I paid. My water heater was in the basement and was not an emergency replacement - by any stretch, but was leaking. I called him, just before the Holidays, and he worked his schedule as best he could considering the Holidays and running as an independent contractor. I would call Matt again in a heat beat!
