My boiler quit on me and I was without heat for 3 days. It took that long to find someone who would come out to detect the problem without charging a ridiculous fee or making bogus promises. Mr. Burris came out on a Sunday afternoon, he was on time and ready to work. He took his time to assess the situation and kept me in the loop with the process the entire time. I could tell he was there to HELP and not just to make a quick dollar. He was able to fix the situation and went out of his way to help me save money as well as educate me on maintenance and how to keep the boiler running without other issues. He called me throughout the night to make sure everything was working properly and told me to feel free to call him if i had any other issues. Even after the job was done and I had questions days later he took my calls and made sure I had a good understanding about what else I needed to do to keep my boiler in great shape.
