JJ Tan	I called Cathy about 2 weeks ago to get a rate for someone to come out to take a look at my toilet. She told me they charged 169 for the 1st 30 mins and 169/hr thereafter. However, when I got my bill, I was charged for a truck service fee and a fee for using a rod. She took off the truck fee when I complained but she said that I only asked for rates and not what it would cost when I originally asked for a guy to come out. This strikes me as not being honest about the intent of getting a price. With such an attitude towards service, I cannot recommend them any less.
