It has been just over a year since we signed a contract w/P-S to have a drain-tile system and sump pump installed in our home. Their sales rep, Greg Johnson, has been someone w/whom it has been a pleasure to work, & someone upon whom I have been able to call when I had a question or concern. My questions have always been addressed quickly & my concerns have been alleviated, either by Greg, or by someone to whom he has directed me, OR that he has called on my behalf. It has been nice to realize that Greg's service continues LONG after the contract has been signed & the installation is complete. I greatly appreciate he continues to answer my occasional calls & texts, & have found Greg to be an OUTSTANDING rep for the company.

Perma-Seal - Great Work, Fantastic Crew, Professional Salesmanship solving a 15 year problem with my home. I wish I had done this 15 years ago when I started to have seepage in my basement. There was always a reason on why I did not do it. Don Gemein was extremely professional and guided me through the process. Help in providing the right approach and understanding how to create confidence in the work being done. Don also showed up on the work day to coordinate with the on site teams... The crew showed up right on time, first thing in the am and completed the work in one day. The biggest fascination for my wife is that they climbed out the emergency exit and this greatly reduced the impact to dirt in the house. Crew left basement better than when they came in. Poured a nice concrete floor on top. Have confidence in this company... Great work, great coordination and a great value. Thank you Don and the Perma-Seal team.

They paid every attention to detail and made sure everything was done right so that the job passed city inspection seamlessly.
