The gentleman who came basically told us that there was nothing he could do to help since we did not have an outdoor access. Then told us that we should just "call around" and see who could fix our problem. Didn't provide any suggestions on what we could do, basically said that we were out of luck. Well luckily we called an ACTUAL plumber who wanted to do the work and help us with our problem. Never again. |
