I have lost all respect for this business. Dons wife miss jean has passed away and his children, mark and Linda refuse to close the store or allow all their employees off to pay their respects Monday morning at her funeral. They are more concerned with loosing money not understanding that their loyal customers are understanding and would come in when they reopened. Don didn't want them to close for his funeral but this is his wife. Miss jean was family to all that worked there. Kenny, who most customers know by name, thought of miss jean like a surrogate mother. She was his shoulder when his own mother passed away and he has been informed he has to open the store and not able to pay his respects to her. This is bad business. This has always been a family business where owners, employees and customers have always been considered family. Don would be upset with the way this is being handled.

They had the part I was looking for. They also tested another part that I brought in. The people who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They can come off as rude but that's how a good parts store operates. If you are looking for friendly service then just go to Home Cheepo and be disappointed.
