However, he didn't feel we should have to pay to have the problems fixed since we were in such a crummy spot and the errors were made due to laziness if the previous plumber. It's not often you find ethical people who aren't trying to swindle you get money out of you! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Virgil if you have a problem.
