| J Viere | Had Augusta Plumbing replace a water heater. They charged me 1,328. for the water heater and install. The water heater was a Home Depot model priced at 419.00. I called Home Depot to see what they would charge for install and they quoted a price of 1,018.99 with the water heater and that was having Augusta Plumbing install for Home Depot. Augusta Plumbing is a sub contractor for Home Depot but if they do it on their own they charge more even though I live 4 minutes away from their shop. Called their office to ask about the price difference and was told they would give me a discount if I wrote a 5 star review for them. I also never received a receipt for their services which I specifically asked for. Now they don't even return a phone call. I just wanted an honest answer and a fair price. |
