This company was referred to us by Home Depot service center, to repair a Rheem water heater purchased April of 2019. It failed to heat water by August 2019 under warranty.Terrible product! Technician did not fix the water heater, said he did fix it. As he was leaving, started evangelizing about president trump. Totally inappropriate discussion, terrible workmanship. Will never use this company again. Creepy. Hired a service outside of Home Depot's recommended service recommendations to get heater fixed.

I was pleased with the way most of the work went, but very displeased with the company owning their mistakes. I had three spigots installed, and one of them is rarely used. Well, I went to go use the one rarely used and I found myself with water in the house all in my basement. I contacted the company and they said I would have to pay a service charge to have them come out, despite it being the first time the spigot was used. The other two spigots worked fine. I will NOT be using this company again. If you expect to need to contact the plumber after they do the work, and have them own their mistakes and not charge you for them, then this is not the company you want to use.

I heard about this company from a friend and they were very professional and provided excellent service. I was hearing some unusual sounds from my water heater and it turned out to be the result of sediment build up. The technician kept me in the loop when he was on his way to my house and arrived on time. He told me that my unit needed to be descaled and explained the process so that I can save some money on this maintenance in the future!
