The main drain out of my house is clogged for unknown reasons and they came out to look. They dont have a snake in their truck to even do anything with. Told me I should call a sewer company to do something. Basically they tried telling me my kids flushed a toy or something down my toilet. I don't have kids and nothing foreign goes down my toilet. The guy had seeds in his mouth the entire time he was talking to me. He also gave me a hard time for not owning a garden hose. My house was finished in november. Its winter. I didn't see a need to purchase a hose right away.... Their advice was to not do laundry, shower or flush toilets and to call someone else..... Seriously?
