Charlene Walker	Install was scheduled in a 2-hour window 9:00 - 11:00. They didn't show up and would not answer their phone. Very unacceptable. Finally at 12:00 someone returned my call. Installer had a problem with the one before me, and it caused him to be late. They are now 45 minutes out. Courteous thing to do would have been to contact me to let me know that they were running 3 hours late. Will not use them again.
