Calvin was excellent at troubleshooting and repairing our gas fireplace fan. He arrived right on time, was friendly, and very professional. He even volunteered to do a free carbon monoxide screening for my furnace and hot water heater. I will definitely be using Modern for my needs in the future.

My furnace wasn't working properly, and the first company I called spent 3+ hours over 2 days diagnosing with the final diagnosis of a problem with how the furnace had been installed in our new-build home, 3 years prior to when we purchased the home. I called Modern, who had originally installed the furnace, to see about fixing it. Andrew was very knowledgeable and installed the correct part that was causing the problem and had it all back up and running within minutes, fixing what was an honest mistake in the original install. Very impressed with the professionalism and courteous service.

We have had Modern Plumbing come to our home a couple times, and we'll continue to call them. They've installed an air conditioning unit and helped us with some HVAC issues. We're always very pleased with the technicians who come to our home, because they work quickly, clean up after they're done, and are always happy to answer all my questions. I also appreciate how real they are with me and they don't waste my time trying to sell me things I wasn't interested in to begin with like some of their competitors. 5 stars. Would recommend to everyone.
