| bigairtrix2 . | Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in to get fence posts to finish a project. Entire fencing isle was jammed packed with merchandise. Asked a employee if they were able to clear it out so I could get to the product needed. His response was that it would take a great deal of time and I would be better off going to lowes. I once enjoyed going to this store. I have noticed a significant decline in store appearance and attitude of sales associates. Don't ever special order anything here if you need it to come in one piece or as you ordered it. I would strongly urge others to shop elsewhere. |
| Dread Knight | Personally I prefer this store over lowes but i think it just might be more affordable to buy product online and avoid the outrageous interest rate credit cards. If you can pay in full do so. I spent 3 years paying my 150 bill just to find out that I barely made a dent out of my 4000 carpet install....this is 3 years of paying 150. Biggest waste of money. Buy upfront or go for lower interest rate loan. Forget their credit cards. |

Shane a supervisor needs to be fired. The paint department needs some one new that won't peoples time and money. Order pickup was the worst experience for my wife. |
