They pumped my parents house and we're so nice! The technician was so knowledgeable and explained to both my parents and I what their tank did and how to maintenance it! I was so surprised on how clean the truck was and how professional the technician looked! I will definitely be using them in the future when I get a septic tank and will recommend them to everyone I can!

Scheduling and having to reschedule was easy, I received appropriate reminder texts, and even got a call saying they were able to come out sooner. Brendan, the technician who came out was on time, very professional, taught me a lot about his process for cleaning and how to maintain the tank going forward. Would definitely use them again.

Very good experience with Express plumbing! We had our septic tank pumped and they were quick to get us scheduled, and then amazing when I had to reschedule due to a conflicting appointment! The tech was very informative and helpful. He explained how the whole system worked and inspected it to be sure everything was in working order. He even let my 4 year old honk the horn, which was the highlight of her week! Will definitely be back for further plumbing needs!
