Shane contacted the city, and coordinated with them to shoot video from their end, and he video'd from our end to locate and verify the obstruction before running the auger down there. He could've kept coming out year after year to unclog us, but he essentially said goodbye to doing some regular business in order to get the sewer district to fix our problem for good.
