Randy's ABC cesspool and septic pumping is the BEST! I'm new to Kona and I must've called up 7 places and he was the first to get back to me . Had bought the house from the bank and had no knowledge of where the tank was buried and when it was last pumped . This guy came to give me an estimate and took time out of his busy schedule to just dig a little and found it in less than 5 min . Told us what kind of tAnk we had right off the bat and what I needed to do in order to save time and money before getting it pumped , whether we were going to use him or not . Where to go buy risers from so that the area would be easily accessible for the next time we needed it pumped . His price was fair , right in line with all the other companies in this area . He even has a website you can go check out to educate yourself on how the system works so you aren't in the dark . I flew through that website in 5 min and at the end I felt like I came out of a septic tank 101 class and understood how EVERYTHING works now. This guy is just top of the line and so knowledgeable , will answer any and every question you have , not to mention friendly and professional . Hard to find people with good customer service skills . My husband and I are very satisfied and will be using his company again and will be recommending him to anyone asking . Mahalo Randy !

I've lived in Kaneohe for 15 years. Had multiple companies come out and help us. These guys are the best I have encountered. They communicate well. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! Wish I found them sooner!
