| Nadia Glasscock | Had a gas leak in the fire place and had to get gas shut off I called this plumbing service up after some research. When I called the receptionist was very nice and polite and made me an apt for the very next day and informed me of a 25 dispatch fee which was glad she informed me so I wasn't surprised by the fee. A man named Rick came out looked at my fireplace gave me a price asked if that was okay I agreed and he proceeded to fix the problem. That night I heard some whistling from the fire place and called Rick back up and he came out next day replaced pipe with bigger one and whistling stopped he also took a peep at one of my leaky showers and informed me of what I could do to fix it or to just call him back if need be. Thank you for fixing our fireplace as it is now pretty cold! I highly recommend this company! |
| Suzanne Reeves | As I posted on my Facebook page I would highly recommend y'all to anyone especially here in the Burke County area because we don't really have a plumber. They came when they said they would come, explained what my problem was and how much it would cost before they started any work--which is highly unusual for most people doing any kind of work on your home. They were very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were doing---and trust me I really gave them a run for their money with my problem. But I'm so grateful to them for fixing my problem. |
