Customer service clerks are rude and poorly trained, no knowledge whatsoever of what they're doing. Poorly organized store, restrooms are a nasty nightmare as is most of the store in general. Other personnel at least were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Muttering insults under breath in front of the customer isn't mature or professional.

Placed an order online, for delivery to my house. A reasonable delivery fee of 79.00. Once I received my confirmation email, I noticed that one of the items was missing. So I followed the instructions they sent and texted a number they provided. Explained it to them, and of course I received a text back saying you will need to contact the store directly and they will be able to add that item for me. After 6-8 calls with no answer I went to the store. First thing they say is call the 1-800 number. We cant add to an online order. So after showing them the text and much debate, I spend 25 minutes waiting on hold, to be told, oh you cant add an item, I can place a another order and pay another 79. So trust me, home depot in thomaston doesnt care how good a customer you have been, the 79 fee is more important. Wish I could rate them with 0 stars.

Had what I needed. If you ever need help "ALWAYS, Always, always" ask or look for Doug in Plumbing, Steve in Electrical and Cordell in Hardware they have been there years and are very knowledgeable. Many thanks to those three for all the help and advice on my home projects. They really know how to set you up for success.
