| Angela B | Recently I needed someone to finish a job for me that someone else couldn't complete for another week. I am very particular of who I have in my home, so I asked a close friend who her family used. She and and her husband responded with “Steve, he's a really nice guy and they do good work.” Great description as that is what I discovered as well. I had missed a lot of work due to illness and didn't want to have to call out again, so they really tried to work with me on the service time which was the very next day. Two gentlemen came out one who had been working with his dad since he was around 8. They were both very personable and efficient time and work! Before they left I asked them to look at a different area where I noticed a leak. Thank goodness I did, because I hadn't looked at the copper pipes above my head closely and a section had a split and was badly corroded. He knew I had a 70 yr old retired worker do some work for me earlier in the week-he has limited time, but worked for a hobby almost. Steve didn't try and pressure me for the business and actually told me what to tell the other guy if I decided to use him instead. Well, of course I asked these guys to come back out the next week and was again quite satisfied. Sorry for the long review! Brevity isn't my finer quality. Would definitely recommend and use this company again. |

He doesn't just care about the money, he cares about YOU. He explained to me the whys of what was going on, and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. Very punctual, and VERY reliable! When he says he's going to be somewhere at a certain time period, he means it! I was never left on the dark or confused during our business together. I highly recommend! |
