I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't given them none. The customer service on their part is absolutely terrible. I work from 8-5 & left 2 messages for A-Thomas & plumbing in regards to their arrival time. I left one yesterday morning and one early today. They didn't get back to me until the day of the appointment and said that they'd be there in an hour. But the link sent by HSA, said that the person from A-Thomas is 7 hours away so I called them all morning to confirm their location before I take off from work and go home just to wait all day for them to get there. I've called multiple times and have not received any response. I'd advise anyone in the market for a home warranty to stay away from HSA Home Warranty and anyone they recommend including A-Thomas Plumbing. I wouldn't wish this treatment on my worst enemy and I mean that wholeheartedly. Do your research and go with a more reputable warranty company and make sure that they don't send you business whose average is a C on the Better Business Bureau Website.

I stayed home ALL day today for my 10:30-4pm appt from this "company", never received a call back from when I called and they straight out lied to my home warranty company stating they have communicating with me via email and rescheduled to Wednesday. I have NEVER heard from this company. EVER. via phone or email! Poor business practice when you straight out lie and do not call your customer back. I would never recommend them to ANYONE. EVER. I am blown away they are in business AT ALL. Nope, move along, folks. There is NOTHING to see or hear from here!
