First of all when we bought a dryer heating element we were told it would be 30 when we got there we were told it was 65 bought it anyway because we desperately needed it. Get home and put it in the dryer and it still doesn't work. Well we went to return it and they wouldn't take it because it had been put on the dryer and the box was missing. I had the receipt and everything on the heating element was the exact way I bought it. We will never buy anything from this place again. The man was extremely rude and arrogant stating that he would not take it back despite telling us that he would over the phone. Would not recommend this place if you value your money and time |

They have the best prices in Polk County. Great quality and great customer service. They don't open on Saturday anymore but it is worth waiting for Monday if anyway possible because of the money you'll save. A part will cost you twenty dollars at the local hardware stores can be bought for less than ten dollars at Haney's. I will always use Haney's. David is an exceptional customer service representative. He'll help you and save you money. |
