Brandee Keiss	Eric is very rude and is clearly a misogynist. Like all other reviews on here, his company was contracted to do work through our warranty company. After arriving, he did not greet me or introduce himself to inform me who he was. Once inside my home he refused to listen to what the issue was. He argued with me the entire time he was here. He demanded I pay him upfront prior to doing any work and then did not perform any work stating there was no issue even though the toilet and sinks had overflowed the night before. After leaving my house, he called my husband on the phone and had a completely different attitude with him, was very kind and polite but continued to state there was no issue. Bottom line, this company has poor customer service and very inexperienced with repairing any sort of plumbing issues beyond attempting to snake a toilet.
Herard Longchamp	This plumber is the worst! Told me it would take 2 or 3 days to get a hot water heater! Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time! Go to home depot and have someone else install your water heater.
