| AMY KILLION | Scott Barry came to my home for a toilet repair. He didn't provide me any information regarding an estimate. Instead he called me and spoke to me about a 50.00 part and that he would have to order it. He came to my home with the part and installed the part inside the tank. He invoiced me over 300. Stating it took him 2.5 hours. He was in my home Monday for 20 minutes and the second trip to install this part for 30 minutes. He did not share with me his rates. I am a single mother on a budget and if I had known what his rates were I would have called another company. I called him to speak about my high bill and he was very unprofessional and explained to me its been this way for 10 years and told me good day and hung up. I hope others do not experience the same unprofessionalism that I did. |

He received no extra work or compensation for answering our questions or pointing out unnoticed issues and didn't expect anything. He also gave us a discount when he noticed we are a military family without us having to ask for it and gave us tips on how to save money on the issues we could DIY. |
