He came out, tested the carpet and padding, gave us recommendations on the dehumidifier we were using and commended us on our quick fix of renting a Rug Doctor to soak up as much water as we could quickly. Not only did he help us out by referring us to a company that could fix the outside water issue, but also came back a week later to check the carpet/padding again and assure us it was completely dry. It's rare to find this level of customer service and I had an immediate sense of his level of professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help. Thankful for their prompt and courteous service. |
| Ryan Taylor | Corey and his team are outstanding! We had several issues with water leaks and ended up doing a lot of work with Property Medics. We got a new deck complete with a French drain, foundation reinforcements, exterior waterproofing, and beautiful Trex composite decking and it looks great! We also consulted with Corey about addressing the interior where water had leaked into a bathroom and ended up doing an entire bathroom renovation with him, as well. They stripped the bathroom down to the studs, took care of some resulting mold and waterproofed the interior. We now have a beautiful new bathroom from floor to ceiling. His crews kept us updated when there were delays and were prompt in responding to all of our questions and concerns. Corey and Property Medics are top notch in my book and we're already planning on doing more work with them. |
