| Swetha Gupta | Had to go with Prime Plumbing through my Home Warranty. Appointment was scheduled today 12/30 for a Technician to arrive some time between 1:00 and 4:00. I got a text confirmation as well as an email notification of this appointment. By 3:00, I had not heard from Prime Plumbing, so I called them, and was told I was next on the Technician's list and someone would be contacting me, and someone would be arriving by 4:00. 4:00 came and went, and still no word from Prime Plumbing. I called them a few minutes after 4:00 and could not reach anyone and instead got an answering machine! Now I am on the phone with my Home Warranty company 26+ mins! trying to figure out a solution, as I still have a plumbing problem to resolve. To Prime Plumbing: I can't get the 3+ hours lost, and this is absolutely unprofessional and very bad business. I Highly DO NOT recommend this company. And feel free to check out my reviews on yelp, I very rarely write negative reviews so when I do that says a lot and speaks volumes of how terrible a company is. |
