I had Bobby Drescher of Water Source Plumbing come out yesterday to replace a bad pressure regulator and the water heater expansion tank. He even replaced a couple of shutoff valves, so I won't need a pair of pliers and a stool the next time my house decides to flood. I can't recommend these guys enough. After calling 4 plumbers and leaving messages, Water Source called me back within the hour, altho one other plumbing company responded within a couple of hours. Bob Drescher, plumber and owner, not receptionist, listened to my description of problem and solutions I had tried backed up kitchen sink, gave me possible causes and set appt for next day. Son Bobby Drescher quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem Fatberg - huge grease buildup over 21 yrs. Gave me pointers so that I would not have problem again and also made sure that the problem was truly fixed. Yay! Price seemed comparable to other plumbers, and Bobby was efficient, professional and cleaned up after.

Just got of the phone with dispatcher, it wasn't even a second and Bobby called back! Even though he mentioned they were short and wouldn't be able to help today, he was prompt in calling and professional. Next time, you just might get my business!
