Had a leak at my water heater. Turns out it was our water pressure and we need a regulator installed. But the tech said we had one even after my wife said that it was for just the sprinkler. We made an appointment for the next day and he never showed up. I called and was told that he would be there either in the afternoon or the next morning as they were backed up. The next morning he never showed. Was told that I was rescheduled for that afternoon instead. He never showed again. So was scheduled for the next afternoon. He showed up and when he looked closer at the regulator he determined it was indeed the regulator for the sprinkler but that he would have to move it to the main house line instead. I agreed and he said he would get the job done. 10 minutes later my wife called and said he left because he said it was more of a 2 man job and he would come back next week on Monday or Tuesday. Guess what? Nobody ever showed up and it is now Wednesday morning. I am looking for a new plumber.

I am a landlord who had a tenant call me with a plumbing issue. I called my home warranty company to get it handled. My tenant wasn't available during daytime hours. Pamelas plumbing showed up to the property then called my tenant who told repairman that he wasn't available. The guy got rude to my tenant. I told my home warranty to never use them in the future. I own 4 rentals and will never use Pamelas plumbing for any of my plumbing needs
