James Rouse	Went to Home Depot requested to have tankless Water Heater be installed. ARS called me and set an appointment for an assessment which is a 4 hour window. 2-6 was the window they called at 3:33 to cancel my appointment which I missed work for. Based off the other reviews this place sucks. Home Depot needs to drop them for wasting people's time.
Mathew Carter	Terrible people. Ordered hot water heater on Thursday set for it to be delivered on Saturday but called an hour after the set time frame of 12-4 said they wouldn't get to it. Set for Sunday morning 8 to 12 called at 11 said they wouldn't be able to get to me within the time frame said I was still on the schedule. Waited 2 hours and called again they said he might be there all day. I'm no going to wait 2 years for a hot water. Home Depot shouldn't deal with them.
