| Realty Deciphered | Quoted install service, Inspected area to ensure they could provide install service. At the day of installation, after we have spent money and invested time for the install. They say they cannot perform the install. The reason they could not perform install? They said they couldn't install used equipment. We had 2 brand new still sealed in box and plastic systems fresh off a pallet from manufacturer. We did have one used system, but They inspected it and said it was fine. A third new system would have been purchased if it was an issue. Definitely not standing behind there verbal or on paper commitments. |
| Jonathan Williams | Gave us a quote for a Mini Split Heating/Cooling System install in 3 apartments. To get the scope and plan for the job, we scheduled so they could view all apartments inside and out. They said an electrician needs to do the electrical before the job can begin. I promptly got an electrician out so the HVAC install can begin. After many postpones because of weather, on the day of install, before they even go inside any of the apartments, I'm told they won't do the job for the quoted price. They claim the quote was for one apartment and not 3, but I show them that the quote is broken out for each apartment It even listed each apartment address. I will have to talk to the “Boss” who is “busy and will call me back” and they leave. I'm left with electrical work that wasn't needed Other company quotes included doing electrical, Unhappy tenants that all adjusted schedules because of this, and having to reach back out to other HVAC companies. Other HVAC Companies gave me better quotes, but M&W had 5 star reviews so I trusted them more... Trust misplaced. Very disappointed. |
