Ivan was really prompt at scheduling our service and Sly was polite, professional and extremely helpful! We were very stressed as first time homeowners trying to get our water working. Six other companies were unable to get us the help we needed in a timely manmer and Victory Plumbing saved the day! They managed to squeeze us in same day and within about half an hour of his arrival, we had our problems solved. We definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future as needed!

I will never do business with this company again. I had a pipe bust one evening and called them out for repairs, they arrived and assessed the damage and decided to plan on coming back at a later date for repairs due to weather, which was fine. We set up a date and time for the repairs and I paid them their 80 service charge for coming out, no big deal there. The day came for our scheduled appointment and they never came or bothered to even call and let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. I decided to give them a call and see what happened and was met with rude and very poor customer service. I asked for my money to be refunded being that they neglected to show up for repairs and was immediately told no. All in all, I would definitely shop around before even thinking of this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.
