I got acquainted with Phil who was hired by my Condominium Association to address a leak in my apartment. It was immediately noticeable that Phil was a top notch professional. Phil took the time to explain to me the nature of the leak and the fix involved. When the restoration company's fans unexpectedly extinguished my pilot light on my gas water heater, fill did not hesitate to come back to my place on his way home and light it up for me. Right after his first visit, Phil provided me with a quote to replace my aging gas 40 gal water heater replacement. He submitted a competitive quote within minutes of his departure. A few days later, Phil came and replaced my unit, once again explaining what he was doing. I highly recommend this company, based on this experience!!
