They will sell you an incredibly pricey "warranty" so you never have to worry about your septic tank issues ever again, but what that really means is that they put you on their "do not answer, and do not call back" list. If you do catch them at a moment of weakness and the lying woman actually answers the phone, they will set an appointment and then just not show up and not answer the phone and the whole process starts over. Today we are giving up and calling another company. So, these dishonest folks win again. Stay away at all costs, Septic Express is basically a couple of crooks, a money and sewage collection truck and a ripoff waiting to happen to YOU!.

Finally I have found an "Honest" and ethical Septic Tank Service Company. The technicians, Frank and Cody came out and were nothing but professional and helpful. They educated me on the issues I was facing with my system and did not try to do the typical Septic Tank Company pressure up sales. No phony horror stories to try and get me to buy services I don't need and no hidden charges for what they came to do in the first place.
