Kayce Kalon	This company practice very shady business. They performed half of a job and didn't even have all the tools needed to complete the rest. He advised to come back out tomorrow which would have been an additional charge. I called the office and spoke to the manager to send me over via email the estimate of the job performance cost or an invoice. He stated, “they don't send out anything.” A total mistake to allow him to begin work without a written contract signed.
