Dewey, was the first that was sent out , and gave awesome service. I spoke to the owner Eric on the phone, who was also extremely nice and professional and explained the situation to me. Once it was approved by my warranty company, they even went above and beyond to come out on a Saturday next day to install it. Shodd came and completed the whole install by himself and had a great personality and customer service. This company lives true to it's name "Best 1" and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumbing company. 2 thumbs up. |
