Plumbing services by BCI Plumbing Heating and Air in Ellijay, Georgia

Horrible company. Stole our money and only completed half the job and what they did we had to pay to have it fixed. Was supposed to refund part of the money and never did and ignored all phone calls.

I would recommend this company. I came home during the month of January and found my heat not working. This was during the coldest week of winter so far. I called BCI and they came out and winterized my outside pipes, because as a single mother of two this had not yet been done and I had no idea how to do so. They had my heat up and running in no time. I was very impressed with their friendly and professional service. The technicians were pleasant and charged me the bare minimum and did not try to tell me all kinds of stuff was wrong with my system just to make a buck. I will use them in the future for any other issues I may have in regards to this matter. Great Company!

We had no heat and frozen pipes and were unaware of the situation until we got home from work after 5 pm. We called BCI Plumbing Heating and Air. They sent a technician out within an hour. Our heat strips had shorted out so they replaced the heat strips and replaced our busted water pipes. Remind you this work was completed during a time that temps were down to 7 degrees. We were very pleased at how professional the technician was and how fast they had our issues resolved. We would certainly recommend this company for your heating and air and plumbing needs.
