Just got the home filter installed and we experienced wonderful customer service thus far. We feel great about having this clean water for our family without having to leave the house to purchase filtered water.

I purchased a home a little over a year ago with one of their softener/carbon systems and was pleased to find out that, although an older system, it was a fine and reliable product. I finally had a chance to stop by the office and they thought I might need a carbon refill due to the service records. The following day the technician Chris came out and checked/cycled everything, tested the water, and determined the carbon was still good. This saved me several hundred dollars. Thanks for keeping the customer needs above short term profits. Great customer service which has made me a loyal customer.

Professional service from the time you schedule a quote to the follow up post install. This company delivers on quality and expectation. Jared has been great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This is our 2nd Metro Carbon system and we can't imagine living without it. The water quality is remarkably better. You can taste, smell and feel the difference. They will be my go to water company from here on out!
