Came to this store to buy a Cub cadet zero turn 'large purchase' that shows online they have in stock for in-store pickup today went to lawn and garden to pay for it to find out they didn't have any ready for pickup they had 12 in the back on crates not assembled they called a guy in the back to ask if he could get one down and have it ready and the guy said yes I can have it ready in just a few minutes. Then I wasent to customer service to pay for it only to be told by the guy that said he is manager I would have to come back in 2 to 3 days to pick it up. Then the manager said well I might could have it ready in a hour but I'm not sure if the guys back there are capable of assembling it. Now let me add this I'm a contractor and I shop this Home Depot every day. So needless to say they lost a large sale today and I will not be back to this store to buy anything. I bought the mower I needed at Tractor supply I was in and out in 30 minutes with no problems and great customer service. Will not be back to this Home Depot store. I will take my business somewhere else. I will also pay off my home Depot credit card and shred it. Thanks! |
