We discovered a huge crack in our kitchen sink pipe and they were the first to get back to us on a Saturday and sent Lucas out immediately. He was very nice and professional. He put a sleeve on the pipe and we scheduled an appointment for someone to come back first thing Monday to fix it since they needed to get a part. They have a little tracking service to see exactly when they will arrive so I could run home when they were on their way and didn't have to wait around the house until they showed up. Very convenient! Allen came on the second visit and he was great too. Very courteous and knowledgeable. The whole experience was SO easy and ended up being less than we thought it would cost so that was a huge win for us. We would absolutely use them again. I couldn't be happier with the response I received from Ragsdale in putting my HVAC system together. Benjamin put together a heat pump option that worked best with my basement location. The install crew went to town and got it installed in one day, including new ductwork and the outside unit. Every step of the way they asked for my input to be sure it was put in as planned. I've already had my first maintenance checkup and he made some adjustments that improved on the comfort level. Ragsdale has definitely earned my appreciation and respect.
