I have dealt with Kenny from Hallway on two separate occasions. The first time, he came to our brand new home to replace a faulty pressure regulator valve. I called them under the new home warranty and he was there within an hour. He knew exactly what needed to be repaired and was very pleasant and professional! This weekend, we had a water leak and I called the emergency number at 1 pm on Saturday. Kenny came to our home an hour later and diagnosed the problem. He returned on Monday with the equipment to make the repair. Even though we were out of the one year new home warranty, he determined that the issue was caused during the construction of our home. The repair was made with no out of pocket expense to us. They have great customer service and response time!

I was privileged to have Kenny at my home recently to take care of issues related to the hot water heater and water pressure that came apparent in my brand new home. Not only did he thoroughly explain the problem and his resolution as he was working, he also took care of other issues that he noticed while he was there. He was extremely professional, personable, efficient , and courteous. What a pleasure to find employees that provide true excellence through their service. Not only will I always call on Hallway plumbing if I have any plumbing problems in the future. I will also refer them to everyone in my neighborhood. Thank you Kenny!!!

I had a leak in my main waterline coming from the street which was 4' down and right at my foundation. Water was coming through my foundation and into the house so we had to shut it off. One of their service guys, Will, came out and had the leak fixed in less than an hour. He was very respectful, fast, and cleaned up any mess after the repair. Will at Hallway is now my "go to" for any future plumbing needs. Cant recommend them enough!
