| Beverly Raznoff | Our kitchen sink drain clogged on a Saturday! We did everything we could but couldn't get it unclogged. We left a message on the web site and got a call back in about 5 minutes. The dispatcher was very nice and helpful. We gave her our information and she said she would have someone out here in about an hour. In 45 minutes Corky was here. He went to work right away. He worked on the drain for a while and then went down to the basement. He was able to show us exactly where the clog was. We went back upstairs and he worked on the drain some more. Finally - success! He showed us what we need to do in order to prevent clogs like this in the future. He was efficient and friendly. The price was a little more than we had expected it would be, but it was on a weekend. We were very satisfied with HES and will definitely call them again when we have a plumbing problem. |
