Called on Thursday afternoon late. Came Fri the13th morning. Jarred was superb. Identified the problem, came up with a very creative solution, installed a clean-out and had my clogged septic line cleared by mid-morning. He and his helper Grady I think were super nice, great attitude and a pleasure for what started out as a bad day Friday the 13th. Thanks.

Not at all happy with All American. After getting a recommendation from friend, I called over 7 days ago to schedule an appointment. They said they were very busy and I said I could wait, so they scheduled me for today, July 19 from noon to 5:00 and that they would call me before arriving. After 3:00pm I called and the woman who answered the phone said, at first, she did not have me on her scheduled appointments, put me on hold and found it. She said she would call the crew and see where they are and would call back. Said they were still on 1 job and I was 3rd and they could come into the evening but couldn't give a time. She said that's the way plumbing goes. This is not the way to treat customers. I said you could have at least called me because I waited around. Poor communication.

AAP is awesome and some great guys there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Go for AAP!
