| Andrea Walker | I called this company for a plumbing issue. The owner came out and seemed to be in a rush. Wasn't professional at all. He told me what could be the problem and said someone else would be coming out soon after he left. No one ever came. They never even did a courtesy call to let me know that they weren't coming back out. 2 days later still haven't heard from them. I guess I'm supposed to know how to fix it on my own. |

| Shelley Londry | When the owners son was working for them their services were tolerable...now that he's no longer there the regular guy that works there is rude & not a good plumber unless it's something as simple as snaking a drain or getting a toilet unplugged, you will have to call them back out several times to fix something...Very rarely can you get the owner out to do the job because he's so busy. They hardly ever answer the phone & if someone happens to answer the phone they aren't very knowledgable!!! I DO NOT recommend this company unless you are prepared to keep calling them out to fix the same problem over & over again! |
