I have to echo what the previous reviewer said. Hunter did two jobs for me and the both of them have completely fallen apart. I own a business so this was extremely inconvenient and caused even more damage than before. I hired him to repair a pipe that caused my store to flood. The pipe came apart again days later and caused more damage to my store. Instead of getting upset, I simply repaired water and baseboards at my own cost and asked Hunter to just come back out and fix the pipes. He lied on so many occasions saying they were coming out today and eventually started ignoring me and not responding. He can post coupons on google but still haven't address the bad work done at my store. I found him via Thumbtack and they finally agreed to remove his listing so he can't do the same thing to other customers. I am now in the process of working with my insurance company to be reimbursed for damages and repairs and they will go through the subrogation process legally. I was patient and kind and I definitely feel like I got taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the headache. DO NOT HIRE!

Aaron was very prompt at responding and asked lots of questions to get to the root of the problem. When he arrived he was professional and listened to my concerns. He fixed the issue and everything is working as it should be!! I would recommend this company to my friends due to the professionalism, knowledge and value they provide. Thank you!!

At first I wrote a great review about these guys based on the problem being fixed. It happened two days later again after they came. I have called repeatedly and text back and forth so we can talk about it. Never an answer, mailbox full, I'll call you back. The original estimate was 250 on par with other companies. They were at my house for about two hours. We paid 430. They had to go to homedepot and Lowe's to get materials which isn't my fault. Knowing the problem and the line of work they should have definitely had the right tools for the job. Still trying to get a hold of him. Other plumbers said he took advantage of me and my brothers time and money. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
