Want do business with this company every again ... yes plumbers are professional but office staff especially the guy gave me the run around for 2 months.. charged me 500.00 for 10 minutes and didn't fix problem... Ask for half my money back finally when I got them to call me back after 2 months of the run around was told no.... I'm on disability and I didn't have this money to waste like that .... I was willing to meet them halfway, they did come out and ran the hose up the thing to the roof , was told I didn't have a clog as I was told I did.....Please don't do business with people that could care less about about their customers!!!!!!!!

People if you need a plumber DON'T use HARDY PLUMBING!!! They charged me 500.00 for 10 minutes work and didn't fix my problem... ask for 1/2 my money back made calls since 1-16 finally got Someone to call me back said I'm not getting it ... I totally got the run around from them especially from a guy I want call his name ...talk about a bad company this is a 0 for customer service..Finally PAMELA'S PLUMBING FIXED my problem at little cost ... She was very professional and so was her team , got it fixed in 2 hours....PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T CALL HARDY PLUMBING NOT A GOOD COMPANY

Very responsive and professional. Called them and they were able to come out same day. The tech was knowledgeable and was able to repair the leak quickly and at a reasonable price. He even cleaned up after his work was done!
