Lee Roberts	I've had good experiences and bad experiences with this plumber. In the previous years, if I called I was able to get plumbing repair work done and had no issues. However this week I needed repair work done at a new address, called at 9 a.m and was provided a time window. It was only when I called back at the appointment time window 6 hours later that I was told "Oh, I plugged your address into my GPS and I'm not coming, you're too far. Find another plumber." Well......it would have been nice to have been told that 6 hours earlier when I could arranged for another plumber to come out and not wasted another day waiting off of work for a plumber who knew he was not going to come.
