They replaced the main water line coming into her house from the water meter. Not only did they replace it, but they put it in a better route from the water meter that didn't have to cross power and gas lines nor go under my driveway. In doing so, they installed a new main shut off valve in a much more accessible area, new pressure regulator, and installed an expansion tank on my water heater. I can say enough about the wonderful service, professionalism, and friendliness provided! I highly recommend these guys, especially Jose!

Fantastic service from Gareth at plumbing express. Great communication, superb customer service, and value. I had five companies come out and do an evaluation and estimate. Plumbing Express came out on top and were chosen because of their customer service and great communication. The job was done and completed and also had some other plumbing issues taken care of. Gareth even found a bad valve in one of our showers and replaced it.

BEST plumbing experience ever!! I chose to call them after reading reviews and responses from the owner. They seemed to do everything in their power to keep their customers happy and make things right. Hard to find these days. Customer service is top notch. Scheduling is easy and they came out on a Saturday for us. We had a leak that another plumber tried twice to figure out and couldn't. He even wanted us to tear down walls, which we didn't want to do. We fired him. After calling Plumbing Express, Rhonda was able to get me a technician out that Saturday to diagnose the problem. David was on time, professional, and experienced. It didn't take him long to find the leak and give us a quote to fix it. He scheduled to return Tuesday morning, which my husband got wrong, so I did miss Tammy's several attempts to confirm sending him out. Once I called her she was able to quickly change my appointment to afternoon without any issues. David arrived within the time frame and went straight to work. He fixed the problem quickly and kept everything clean. He even took pictures and sent them along with a copy of the invoice to my email right then and there. He also took the time to show me how to read my meter and showed me where my cut off valves were. We enjoyed having him here, which is not normal. I highly recommend Plumbing Express to anyone in need of their services. Thanks David, Rhonda, and Tammy for making this a stress free experience.
