| Ronni Kimberlin | I had an estimate for a big job to completely replumb my home scheduled with this company. They never showed up or even called to explain or reschedule with me. I reached out to them a few days later on my regularly scheduled day off from work. The woman that answered my call I'm assuming the wife/owner because they are a home office company apparantly she was very nice during our scheduling conversation and when she answered my 2nd call to see what had happened. However, as soon as i mentioned very nicely btw that they had failed to show up for our scheduled appointment....i heard a man in a loud and gruff rather condescending tone yell at her to HANG UP ON ME! which she promptly did. I tried calling back with no answer. Called again & left a legitimately nice message just trying to figure out what exactly was going on. They never responded back to me. Never have I EVER been treated so badly or unprofessionally by any individual or business who claims to be PROFESSIONAL! I would only recommend them if you enjoy being stood up & treated like dirt for no reason. I took off work for that SCHEDULED estimate y'all missed.... It cost me money. Thanx rigdon plumbing. |
