Plumbing services by Encore Plumbing Contractors, Inc. in Winter Park, Florida

I had worked with a prior company in the past who came out, did nothing, and charged us an emergency fee. Had they fixed the issue, I would not have had the backup issue I did last week. Essentially, we had a clog in our toilet pipe, that backed up into the bathtub. It was so bad it also leaked under our flooring which will have to be replaced now. I called several companies but none seemed interested to be on the phone with me. I called Encore and the woman who answered was pleasant and willing to work out an appointment. She was also the first person to ask me what the issue was in the first place. They sent out Miguel today... Who was on time, fixed the problem at a reasonable cost, and provided education to prevent it in the future. I will never, ever, use any other company for my plumbing needs. Thank you so much Encore!

I was recommended Encore by a friend who also had a great experience with Encore. Another plumbing company in Orlando wanted to charge my over 800 for a minor problem. Shaun from Encore came over and easily showed me what I was doing wrong and it fixed the problem. It is really nice to know that there are honest plumbers out there. I'll eventually need to replace my water heater and when I do, I'll have Encore do it since I am confident they will be fair, honest, and not tell me that I need expensive repairs when I don't.
